Collaboration opens you up to understanding a diversity of dynamics and psychologies, meaning that you not only relate better to other people but you inevitably broaden your own perspective - as well as your capacity to adopt new approaches to solving problems.
• Creativity: The ability to produce original and unusual ideas, or to make something new or imaginative. In other words, simply think outside of four walls. Companies need to be run in ways that encourage creativity. In today’s constantly changing environment, being able to unshackle yourself from established solutions or practices means that you are better positioned to respond swiftly and decisively in your decision-making.
• Emotional intelligence: Emotionally intelligent people know what to do when? They do not drag into emotions of someone, however, it does not mean that they do not understand someone's emotions. They are self-aware and in control of their emotions, meaning they are better able to react calmly in critical or stressful business situations and adapt flexibly to change. They are also able to work together effectively, collaborating, and communicating well thanks to above-average interpersonal skills and a strong sense of empathy.
• Humility: Understanding and kindness towards other people. People will think about it what is the need of humanity in international bussiness? You should have real huminity to learn the market. Like what goes around.
• Agility: Marketers are having to deal with much shorter cycles, so they have to be more flexible and learn on the fly. You need people who can step back and understand things in the abstract and yet get into the detail when it comes to local implementation.
• Sensitivity: There are a lot of ways to do business. You need to have the sensitivity, the willingness and the fascination to get under the skin of the local culture and to scan the differences and similarities.
• Intellectual curiosity: The true marketer is constantly wired in to what’s happening — from technology and pop culture to shifts in shopper behaviour.
